Painting of the Radiant Jesus

The image was painted according to a vision of M. Paula Tajber in 1919, when she saw in prayer the radiant figure of Jesus, who said: “My dearest, I give you My Divine Soul to honor, that you may communicate It and It’s demands to the whole world.”

M. Paula described the vision as follows: “The rays of light, permeating His form, fanned out most powerfully from His breast, forming, as it were, a circle of sunshine. They embraced not only the people in the Church, but broke through the walls of the temple and in waves come into contact with the people passing by the Church.

The painter Adolf Hyła, the author of the painting, symbolically depicted this scene by placing transparent circles around the figure of the radiant Jesus, symbolizing human souls.

The painting is in the chapel of the retreat house of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Soul of Christ in Siedlce near Krzeszowice - https://domrekolekcyjnysiedlec.pl/
